Nagarathar Virunthu 2011 - Update

Dear Nagarathars,

The Nagarathar Virunthu 2011 will start at 10am on Sunday 28th August with a variety of events hosted at Peacock Hotel, Grand Hotel and Raffles in Kenilworth. The function will continue through to Monday 29th August when there will be external activities planned with breakfast and lunch on offer on the Bank Holiday Monday. The event will finish for 5pm on Monday.

Last year's event was exceptionally grand and it proved to be a very memorable day for all! It was extremely enjoyable for both children & adults and the food was sumptuous! Whilst we appreciate that some maybe on holiday at this time of the year, we do hope that everyone endeavours to attend this superb occasion!

In addition to Peacock Hotel and Grand Hotel, can I also remind you of nearby hotels to book your accommodation:

Holiday Inn, Kenilworth, 01926 855957,

Victoria Lodge 01926 512020,

Castle Laurels 01926 856179,

Chesford Grange 01926 859331,

To enable us to plan the catering arrangements we would like to know the number of attendees (adults and children) that are not booked at either Peacock or Grand by 25th August. It would also be helpful if you could let us know whether you will be attending on both days or just the main event on Sunday.
